All orders are shipped by FedEx on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Signature upon delivery required, no exceptions.
For express service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 11AM EST. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
Bird is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Bird ships internationally! To place an order for international shipment, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. On the shopping cart page, there is a button that reads "International Checkout". After you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click that button.
The contents of your shopping cart will automatically be transferred to your cart at InternationalCheckout.com. Complete the order process at International Checkout. The friendly and professional people at International Checkout will process and ship your order.
International orders placed through International Checkout are not eligible for promotions or price adjustments.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bird online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
Sale merchandise, fragrance and lingerie are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
All returns must include a return authorization number. See below for instructions on how to receive a return authorization. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. Jewelry must be returned in original packaging.
Returns must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Mansur Gavriel bags are eligible for refund if received by Bird within 7 days of purchase. Due to the high demand of this product returns or exchanges of Mansur Gavriel bags will not be accepted outside of this window. Bird cannot guarantee availability of alternative styles and/or colors on Manusr Gavriel stock. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds may take up to 10 business days for the bank to complete.
Full priced unworn merchandise with an RA# may be exchanged in stores for an item of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges made in stores follow the stores' return policy. Our stores cannot issue refunds for web purchases. Any web returns brought to our stores will be passed to the web department and will be processed within 7 business days.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Fragrances, undergarments, merchandise without price tags attached and without boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please click "My Account" to log in and locate the appropriate order under "Order History".
2. Click "Create Return Request", select the items and reasons for the return and click "Create". Your Return Authorization number (RA#) will be emailed to you once we process your request; please allow up to 72 hours for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made online. No RA numbers are available via telephone, fax, or mail.
3. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.
4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Jewelry must be returned in original packaging. Please write your RA# very visibly on the outside of the package.

All sale items sold online are subject to availability.
We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock item.
We are happy to price adjust an item if it was purchased at full-price within 7 days of first markdowns. The difference will be offered as store credit. Sale items that are farther marked down are not eligible for price adjustments.
Sale merchandise is final sale; sale discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or offer codes. Full-priced merchandise purchased with a discount code are not final sale.
