Madewell Is Coming To Brooklyn And Teaming Up With Bird
We love Bird, and you know we love Madewell, so we’re really excited to hear that two of our fave stores are coming together. Williamsburg mainstay Bird is bringing Madewell to the BK and offering up their affordable, easy-to-wear staples to everyone across the river. For the first-time ever, Bird will be carrying the line outside of Madewell’s own brick-and-morter shops. To celebrate this new collab, they’re gathering their friends and hosting a little in-store soiree. Co-hosted by LCD Soundsystem’s Nancy Whang, shop Bird’s Madewell selections, enjoy all your BK favorites, including snacks from Radish, drink local Brooklyn brews, and more.

Madewell Launches Boutique Distribution With Label-Breaking Local Shop, Bird
Between an “It Girl” spokesperson Alexa Chung and cool big sibling company J. Crew, Madewell is already riding high atop the trendsetting chain brands. Today, they take it one step further, announcing boutique distribution with influential Brooklyn chainlet Bird.
What’s more, they’re hosting a come one, come all party to kick things off, complete with hosting courtesy of LCD Soundsystem‘s Nancy Whang and music by DJ Justine D.
When we called to inquire, store associate Molly assured us that apparel categories, would, in fact, be sold in-full.
“Expect a little bit of everything, we’re really excited about it,” she told us, going on to confirm that it would be the same merchandise — from tops and denim to accessories and jewelry — that Madewell shoppers know and love.
